Question by leshae2008: How long does a person have to charge an 18 year old with credit card fraud?
Ok, my little brother stole his step-moms credit card and bought almost worth of stuff. They worked it out and said they wouldn’t press charges against him. Now she is being a b@*$# and says that if he makes them mad, they will press charges. Within how long do they have where they can legally press charges?

She can’t press charges, this is. Criminal offense. The district attorney would have to file charges. Since it is only , it is very unlikely to ever go to court.
