Question by DorkVader: Seeing that Brown is Attorney General shouldn’t he be filing identity theft and fraud charges?
Seeing that Jerry Brown is Attorney General shouldn’t his DA’s be filing identity theft and fraud charges against Diaz? She used her sisters social security card and drivers license. Which is identity theft. It’s also fraud. both of which are felonies.
Shouldn’t he be pressing charges on her for her breaking federal immigration law? or wait according to democrats that’ the DOJ job. So why haven’t any of them filed charges against Diaz?

Right. She is more likely going to get a green card than jail time. They may even throw her a parade.
Well about that he is waiting upon anything further those Migrant Maids who Ms. whitman Screwed over does anything to provoke their Lawsuit, forget about Attack Ads take Legal Actions he is the Attorney General BTW.
No, you can blame democrats, the media, the DOJ, but Whitman knew what she was doing and lied about it.
Feds have charged others for hiring illegals. Why have no charges been announced against Megs?
Why do you assume he won’t be? None the less, Meg Whitman is a liar, a hypocrite and we don’t need anymore like her.
he paid this illegal twit $23 dollars an hour and held out taxes, FICA, Medicare and social security so what is the big deal the twit lied and Allred found a non-story to keep Whitman off the real problems the Rino Gov. and the liberal have gotten California into.
There is an investigation underway to see who the culprits are. She has been reported to INS. Jerry Brown does not have authority as a state Attorney General to arrest her for a federal immigration charge. He has done his duty. Gloria Allred representing this woman for violating her rights is a civil matter. The employment agency probably did not do due dililgence in checking her documents. She did not say her I.D. belonged to her sister. As I said, Jerry Brown cannot prosecute her until the police have concluded their investigation if it is identity theft.
