Personally, I use a GoPro Hero. I just start it whenever I get in the car. Plus I made a little gadget that attaches to the front of the case to covet the speedometer as well as out the windshield. I got a beamsplitter from Edmund. Works great.
This wasn’t really a scam, I think. She saw a parking spot in front of the bus. Stopped, and decided to back off so that she could pull into the spot but didn’t check the mirrors (few women drive in Russia, so the result was expected)

@OrangeJews1138 There may be a lot of people with dash cams in Russia, but here in North America, it’s pretty much unheard of. It’s only recently with insurance scams, that more people are buying them, but it’s still like 1% of all cars in NA. There are more cars with radar/laser detectors than dash cams.
So funny. They think they’re about to make a buck, but all they did was screw themselves. And they act like little pricks too, trying to make a scene… I’d be so pissed off at them how obnoxious

Scam artists are not retarded. A huge number of car owners in Russia own dash cams. If they would just bust into random people like that, they wouldn’t gain any money, they’d probably lose it.
